Kind Words

My son received speech therapy with Ms. Kathy for over a year. Our experience was very positive. Ms. Kathy is knowledgeable, patient and compassionate. She demonstrated a great understanding of my son's interests and ways to challenge him in a safe environment. We appreciated her willingness to collaborate with other providers for the overall care for my son as well. The nurturing environment she created eased any anxiety we had throughout the process!

Why "Aloha"?

By definition of the Hawaiian Spirit Law, the “Aloha Spirit” is the coordination of mind and heart within each person. It brings each person to the self. Each person must think and emote good feelings to others.

The aloha spirit is the driving force behind the interpersonal connection between child and clinician. The name Aloha Speech was chosen because it represents the guiding principles of our practice. We believe that embracing the aloha spirit is a successful technique that leads to increased progress in therapy. We encourage you too to embrace the aloha spirit.
